What if I’ve never worked out before. Is this program safe?
Yes, this program is designed to graduate you from workout to workout at YOUR pace. I offer modifications and safe options for the beginner level.
Is the meal plan Gluten Free?
The entire meal plan is not; however, the ingredients required within each recipe can easily be swapped for GF alternatives to fit your needs.
How much time will this program require?
Each workout is approx 30 minutes. I recommend you completing 3-4 workouts a week along with regular cardio exercises such as walking or hiking. You will also have 4 coaching calls throughout the 8 weeks that last 30 minutes each. As far as the daily lessons - it all depends on how engaged you are and how deep you dive into it but I would give a minimum of 15 minutes per lesson.
How will we do the 4 calls? Do you need my phone number?
No, we will do each call on a zoom (video conference). This will give me the opportunity to coach you on form, see food options and we can create a better connection.
What equipment is required for the workouts?
We use standard at home equipment. Dumbbells (I use 5lbs and 10lbs), resistance bands with handles and mini bands, as well as a stability ball and chair.
What if I’m not cleared to workout by my doctor?
You absolutely have to have the permission of your doctor to complete these workouts.
What if I don’t have a ton of space to workout?
If you can lay a yoga mat down, you have enough space to do every workout!
Do I have to download the workouts?
No, they will all be streaming and available for you within the membership area.
