I GET IT ! 

When I became pregnant I was halfway through a killer fitness program. I didn’t want to stop but I found myself modifying all the moves to adapt to my changing body. I got to a point where I didn’t feel like I was getting any benefit from the workouts anymore and I was worrying if I was staying safe! 

Not only that, my morning sickness was bananas. I was totally turned off by all my favorite foods (I couldn’t even eat salad!!) smells would send me running for the bathroom and I was exhausted. I was watching all of my progress go out the window as the weeks progressed in my pregnancy. I was frustrated and getting more and more stressed that I wouldn’t be able to maintain a healthy pregnancy.

I had assumed I would be able to keep going with life as usual. I had no idea how intense pregnancy actually is. So instead of feeling defeated and letting the mounting frustration overwhelm me, I went back to my roots and started designing my program! Heck, I did it for all my clients, why not do it for myself!

Each week I carefully created my workouts to adapt to any new physical changes and keep strengthening my entire body. Plus I started to get creative in the kitchen (in between nausea spells). I explored ways to get around cravings and make them a bit healthier! Trust me, I still had a love affair with Ben & Jerry but I switched to their frozen yogurt :)

As a result I only gained 37 pounds, I had a 9 hour labor and only 9 MINUTES of pushing! In 5 contractions I got to meet my baby boy!

Week 1: Elevate
This week will start elevating you and your pregnancy! This is the chance to share everything so we can start to raise your ambition and excitement about this journey! You will complete an initial overview questionnaire of your pregnancy and your goals for joining my coaching program. We will create an actionable game plan to achieve your fit pregnancy for the next 8 weeks.

Week 2: Energy
In-app check in and 30 min call for VIPS! Our focus will be assessing and then PROTECTING your energy! Additionally, we will review and strategize your workouts for the next 2 weeks, discuss meal planning options and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 3: Environment
In-app check in! Our focus this week will be about your environment.  We will discuss both the positive and negatives that are in your environment and how to improve upon them. Additionally we will check in on the previous week, make adjustments in workouts and meal plans as needed and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 4: Effort
In-app check in and 30 min call for VIPS! Our focus will on your effort! We'll evaluate what you're able to do and create an actionable plan to keep you moving forward!  Additionally, we will review and strategize your workouts for the next 2 weeks, discuss meal planning options and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 5: Expectancy
In-app check in! Our focus this week will be about your expectations you have set going into your pregnancy. Additionally we will check in on the previous week, make adjustments in workouts and meal plans as needed and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 6: Emotions
In-app check in and 30 min call for VIPS! Our focus will on your emotional stamina! We will discuss what is coming up for you and how to confidently move through these emotions. Additionally, we will review and strategize your workouts for the next 2 weeks, discuss meal planning options and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 7: Education
In-app check in! Our focus this week will be on education. Not just your OWN education but how can you educate those around you to create a more positive experience for you. Assessment of how the last week has gone, we will make adjustments in workouts and meal plans as needed and set the self care intention we will focus on for the next week.

Week 8: Engage
In-app check in and 30 min call for VIPS! Our focus will be on how you engage in all these practices for the remainder of your pregnancy! You will complete a final assessment of your goals and get ready to enjoy all of your hard work! 


My favorite part was the daily awareness exercises that helped me sort through the plethora of emotions I was feeling. Being able to reflect each day, and read comments of other women going through the same thing was therapeutic for me, and kept my mind focused on positivity throughout my day.

What if I’ve never worked out before. Is this program safe?
Yes, this program is designed to graduate you from workout to workout at YOUR pace. I offer modifications and safe options for the beginner level.

Is the meal plan Gluten Free?
The entire meal plan is not; however, the ingredients required within each recipe can easily be swapped for GF alternatives to fit your needs.

How much time will this program require?
Each workout is approx 30 minutes. I recommend you completing 3-4 workouts a week along with regular cardio exercises such as walking or hiking. You will also have 4 coaching calls throughout the 8 weeks that last 30 minutes each. As far as the daily lessons - it all depends on how engaged you are and how deep you dive into it but I would give a minimum of 15 minutes per lesson.

How will we do the 4 calls? Do you need my phone number?
No, we will do each call on a zoom (video conference). This will give me the opportunity to coach you on form, see food options and we can create a better connection.

What equipment is required for the workouts?
We use standard at home equipment. Dumbbells (I use 5lbs and 10lbs), resistance bands with handles and mini bands, as well as a stability ball and chair.

What if I’m not cleared to workout by my doctor?
You absolutely have to have the permission of your doctor to complete these workouts.

What if I don’t have a ton of space to workout?
If you can lay a yoga mat down, you have enough space to do every workout!

Do I have to download the workouts?
No, they will all be streaming and available for you within the membership area.
